We provide a wide range of HVAC services ranging from consultations, initial installations , start ups, repair , maintenance , and warranty work . We work on a variety of air-conditioners , chillers, ice machines , commercial refrigerators and freezers ,and heat pumps .

Our Technicians are EPA certified and have taken the standard EPA courses.

At Sub-Zero Inc. , all of our technicians are very well trained and certified to work on your equipment . We work on almost all makes and models of Air Conditioners , ranging from Trane, Lennox , Fujitsu , LG, Amana , and Goodman. Unfortunately , We do not work on Window units.

We are licensed and qualified to work with various refrigerants including ; R-22, R-134A, HotShot , Puron (R-410A) , R-404 , and R-409 . These chemicals are a necessity in our field but also harmful to the environmet when not properly handled and maintained . Knowing this , We strive to be as Eco-Friendly as possible , always recovering all refrigereant from units using certified recovering methods. All our recovered refrigerants are then delivered to a refrigerant recycling plant.

The chemical composition of refrigerant , when exposed to the atmosphere can be very destructive to the Ozone layer. We realize that through some precautionary actions , We can help prevent the negative effects of freon on the Ozone Layer

We try to provide the best equipment and parts available on the market . Whether it be a motor,
a thermotstat, filters, or an expansion valve.

We also offer installation, Maintenance and Repair of Mini Split Ductless Units.

We Install, Repair, Clean, and Sanitize many brands of Commercial style Ice Machines

We use only the best Pleated Air Filters, rated a MERV 7 . MERV 7 pleated air filters utilize electro statically charged, 100% synthetic media which offers significantly higher particulate efficiency than regular poly/cotton media pleated filters, with little change in static pressure. MERV 7 filter media will not promote the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew, or fungi in normal operating environments, and has not been chemically treated. Using these well rated filters and combined with preventative maintenance , Sub-Zero tries to preserve the life of your equipment through these action.
